Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume drops, launches, or sales, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

Please note:

  • Shipping time is separate from processing time.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (and/or SMS if opted in).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, highfemmelab is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Packages marked as delivered

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We are not responsible for carrier errors.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.


Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description.

Pre-order items may require extended processing times.
