Return & Exchange Policy

At highfemmelab, we take pride in the quality of our pieces. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped to ensure it meets our standards.

Because of the nature of our limited drops and inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, we understand that things can happen.


7-Day Grace Period (Exchange or Store Credit Only)

If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • An exchange (if inventory is available), or

  • Store credit

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be free of stains, odors (including perfume), deodorant marks, or damage

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
